Post-approval changes management (PAC) of vaccines faces manufacturers with aregulatory challenge due to the large quantities generated annually and the lack ofharmonization in regulations and evaluation processes between NRAs (National RegulatoryAuthorities). Therefore, this may have an impact on patients' timely access to vaccines.​
